Primary interviews are conducted with 4–5 specific company types: aerospace Tier 1 aerostructure casting and machining suppliers, commercial aircraft MRO line and heavy maintenance providers, aircraft engine component repair and overhaul shops, avionics and wiring harness manufacturers for narrow-body platforms, and aerospace composite material distributors. Stakeholders interviewed include Aerospace Manufacturing Operations Director, MRO Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Risk Analyst, Quality and Compliance Head, and Corporate Strategy Director. We also engage regulatory and trade bodies such as the Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil (AFAC) AFAC, the Federación Mexicana de la Industria Aeroespacial (FEMIA) FEMIA, the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) AIA, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) IATA.
